Some versions of Microsoft Word include libraries of templates for things like resumes, cover letters and facsimile cover sheets. To find out if your Word version includes fax cover sheet templates, open Word and select More templates, or go to File > New from template and then type “fax” in the search box.
You’ll see several stylized fax templates from which you can choose and customize to suit your needs.
