How to Use a Fillable PDF Fax Cover Sheet

1. Open the PDF

Locate the PDF on your device and double click to open (or right click and select Open). The PDF will open with your device’s default application. For most Mac users, the default program is Preview. For most Microsoft Windows users, the default program will be Microsoft Edge. 

2. Enter your text

Hover over the text boxes and you’ll see them change color, which indicates they are editable fields. Click once into each box to enter information.

3. Save and print  

Save and close your PDF. If you are using Fax.Live’s online fax service there is no need to print the cover sheet. Simply attach it to your document and send the fax.
