When you use Fax.Live, you have the option to use our built-in, free fillable fax cover sheet. Select “Get Started for Free” from any page and follow the instructions for uploading and sending a fax online.

“Click the icon and follow the prompts to save the PDF to your device. By default, the file name for this PDF is “facsimile cover sheet PDF,” but you may rename it. The PDF is editable, meaning you can add text and images to it, and reuse it as often as you need. Make this editable PDF yours by adding your company logo or personalized messages, for example, to our basic fax cover page template.
Why use a fax cover sheet PDF? If you want to include a cover letter with your fax to make sure it gets to the right person or department, or if you want to include a personal message, that’s when you use a cover sheet.
To edit the PDF: Open the fax cover page by double-clicking on the PDF file, or right-clicking and selecting the program you want to open it with. You can also click and drag it to a browser window (Chrome, for example) and edit it within the browser.
