About Fax.Live’s Storage Feature
Files are automatically stored in the cloud, accessible only by you with your user name and password.
- Never expires: As long as your Fax.Live account is active, your sent and received faxes are safe in the cloud.
- Click to view: Select any sent or received fax to view it in its entirety.
- Two-step delete: Only you can remove faxes from your cloud storage. Select the Delete to move to the Trash folder. To remove permanently, open Trash, and select Delete Permanently.
Once you delete a fax permanently, it’s gone for good. That’s why we hold it in the trash folder until you manually remove it. We help you minimize human error!

How do I find stored fax documents from my computer?
That’s a tough one to answer, because many people manage their own file organization. Typically, devices default to a folder on devices called “Downloads” or “Documents.” If you plan to download your faxes (in addition to or instead of using Fax.Live’s cloud storage), we suggest that you create a folder on your device called Faxes.
Can I resend a fax that’s saved in my dashboard?
Yes. Download it to your device, then select “Send New Fax.” Locate the file, upload it, and follow the prompts to resend it or send it to someone else.
How do I print a received fax?
From your Dashboard, find the fax in your Inbox, and click it once to open it. In the Fax Information box, select Print, and follow the prompts. You’ll be able to select which pages you want to print, how many copies, the paper size and scale it as needed to fit the page.
