Meet the Fax.live Team
Head of Product: John
John has been part of the team for over 12 years, and currently serves as head of product, a role in which he excels by leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. As a product manager, John is responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative fax solutions that meet market demands. John holds a bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s degree in information systems management, and he’s based in the NYC area.
Operations: Catherine
Cat, our accomplished operations analyst, oversees the technical aspects of our projects, guiding us in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly fax solutions. Data analysis, process improvement, forecasting and budgeting are at the heart of what Cat does for our company, as she says, “at the intersection of technology and strategy.” She lives in New York and holds a bachelor’s degree.
Development: Jesse
Jesse is our lead developer from New York. With 10 years of experience in software development, Jesse leads our development efforts for Fax.Live. He ensures code quality, sets development standards, and collaborates with other departments to align technical efforts with business goals. Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering.
Customer Relations: Amber
If you’ve reached out to us, you’ve probably interacted with Amber, our customer relationship manager. Amber lives in the Pacific Northwest and is responsible for responding to emails and other communications from our customers. She has a diverse background in service (including driving a school bus!) that gave her the patience and professionalism needed to handle a variety of customer interactions, which makes her an invaluable member of our team.
