Each time you send a fax, you’ll be given the option to include a free fax cover sheet. It costs nothing from your account (no fax credits are deducted for using the built-in Fax.Live cover sheet). The built-in free form includes the following fields: To, From, Recipient Phone, Sender Phone, Pages (autofilled), Date (autofilled), Subject, and Message. All fields are optional, except the date and pages, which our system automatically completes.
