How to Navigate Fax.Live’s Dashboard

Fax.Live’s intuitive web-based dashboard is easy for anyone to use to manage their faxes without having to download any program or app. 

  • Inbox: View an itemized history of faxes received with the date, time, and phone number logged. Download and print all of your received faxes for viewing and sharing. 
  • Sent: See all the faxes that you’ve sent to other fax numbers. View when you sent it and the phone number which you sent it. Download or print your sent faxes. 
  • Trash: Mark sent and received faxes to delete and view them in the trash tab. Permanently delete them or move faxes back that you’ve accidentally marked as trash. 
  • Settings: Adjust your account name, email, and subscription plan based on how and when you need to use Fax.Live.

How can I view my fax?

Received a fax? Sent a fax? You can view your faxes by clicking the fax that you want to view in your inbox or sent area. You’ll then see the fax information, the fax pages, and a preview of the fax. All of this in the Fax.Live interface directly in your web browser!

Can I preview my faxes?

Yes, if you want to view a fax before you send it, Fax.Live previews all the pages within a fax before you enter the recipient information. You’ll see a preview of the pages and can even add an optional free cover sheet. This cover sheet can be used to protect the information that your fax contains.
